Brewster High School
Every student matters, every moment counts.
TEF participants donate prepared food items to Brewster High School's Bear Essential Career Skills program. Their students in turn distribute goods to families in need within the Brewster community.
TEF's dedicated space offers plenty of room for inspiration,
creativity, camaraderie, and fun.
And when you need that quiet moment we've got
space to chill out as well.
The Arc Mid-Hudson
is a private not-for-profit agency founded by families in Ulster, Greene, and Putnam Counties who believed that their children with disabilities should have the same opportunities as their peers. Supporting 1,800 people from preschool through adulthood, our mission is “To empower people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities to achieve and experience the highest quality of life.”
The Community Center of
Northern Westchester
seeks to improve the well-being and self-sufficiency of neighbors in need in Northern Westchester by providing food, clothing, programs, and other resources. We are committed to treating all with dignity and respect. We encourage broad involvement and participation by residents and organizations in the communities we services.
The Freight House Cafe
Built in the spring of 1872, the Freight House was the first building constructed for the New York Central and Hudson River Railroad branch. This line serviced freight and passengers from Golden's Bridge to Grand Central Terminal for more than 50 years. Almost exactly 100 years later, the owner was born into this little hamlet of Carmel with a dream to one day serve my community through food. Savor a cup of coffee and some homemade food.
The Mount Kisco Interfaith Food Pantry
promotes the health and well-being of our northern Westchester community by providing weekly nutritious food and complementary education and services to those in need. Our congregational and community partners work together to honor the dignity of those we serve. We empower our neighbors to thrive by providing nutritious food and complementary programming in a warm and welcoming way.
Neighbor to Neighbor (N2N)
is a community based volunteer organization that helps our Pound Ridge Seniors and disabled in time of need. Neighbor to Neighbor works in conjunction with the Town Recreation Department and Town Police Department. Some of the services we provide include transportation to doctors and food shopping at The Market a Pound Ridge Square.
The St. Luke’s Somers Food Pantry
is supported through the largesse of many groups and individuals from town. Funds from the Northeast Westchester Rotary Club, the Knights of Columbus, and the Somers Women’s Club keep the pantry well-stocked and The Somers Volunteer Fire Department conducts weekly food drives for the pantry.
United For The Troops
was created by friends & family of our troops serving the U.S. overseas. Our sole purpose is to make life while deployed a little better for our brave men & women serving in the US military by collecting food, toiletries and goods that the military does not provide them. Some of the items include cookies, snacks, t-shirts and other food items
Your contribution enables us to provide
Meaningful Engagement for Exceptional Individuals.
What could be better?!
